Drury Lodge is Looking Up (Ten Stories Up)

Although planning and approval is still pending, Drury Lodge of Cape Girardeau has revealed their redevelopment project which could result in an eight to ten story hotel, possibly the tallest in Uptown Cape. Dennis Vollink, president of Drury Southwest, said that the project would take place in the next year or two. The City of Cape Girardeau/Midamerica Hotels Corporation Feasibility Study joint committee will provide approval on the project before it will be considered by the Cape Girardeau City Council.
