The Holiday season is upon us! Check out this list of Holiday Parades for 2017!
Santa Parade - Belleville IL
Friday November 24th @ 10AM-12PM
The Optimist Club of Belleville and Camp Ondessonk cordially invites you to participate in this year’s Santa Parade on Friday, November 24th at 10:00 AM starting at 17th and West Main.
The parade route will begin at 17th Street and proceed east on Main Street to Forest Ave. The parade will disband at Union United Methodist Church, in the area of Forest Ave. Vehicles and floats must keep moving east on Main St. to disband. Any buses picking up bands, etc…will need to park on Forest Avenue.

Parade of Lights - Cape
Sunday November 26th @ 5pm
Join Old Town Cape, Inc. for the 26th Annual Downtown Christmas Parade of Lights, scheduled for Sunday, November 26, 2017! The parade will begin promptly at dusk, and the theme for 2017 is Christmas Fantasy.
The parade will begin at the intersection of Broadway Street and West End Boulevard (Capaha Park entrance), continue down Broadway Street toward the river, will then turn right onto Main Street, and end at 43 S. Spanish (Hutson's Fine Furniture parking lot).

8th annual Pevely/Herculaneum Christmas Parade
Thursday, November 30 beginning at 7:00 PM.
The parade line up begins at 5:00 PM at the Herculaneum City Park, 776 Joachim Avenue, Herculaneum. The parade travels north along Joachim Avenue, crosses Commercial Boulevard (Highway 61-67), travels along Old State Road in Pevely and ends at the Pevely City Park on Main Street. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for photos at the Pevely city park following the parade. Parade applications are available at Herculaneum City Hall or Pevely City Hall. Applications also available on each city's web site. Prizes awarded for first, second and third place. The theme of the parade is, "It's Christmas". Carbondale Lights Fantastic Parade

The Carbondale Lights Fantastic Parade happens every year on the first Saturday in December. Floats and Holiday spirit fill Carbondale's streets on this special evening!
Christmasfest & Parade - Uptown Jackson
Saturday, December 2nd @ 5pm
We have a lot of fun planned for our Christmas celebration on December 2nd this year!
THE 2017 PARADE THEME IS: "Christmas at the Movies," and
the parade begins at 5pm. Make sure to decorate your float with lights, as it will be dark for the parade!
Immediately following the parade, Santa and his helpers will be around to visit. We will have story telling at the new History Center with hot chocolate for the little ones. Parents, bring your cameras!
In addition to the story time in the History Center, many uptown merchants will stay open late, offering specials for this day only! These uptown merchants will be decorating their windows in a Christmas theme.
Cookies, coffee, hot cocoa, carolers and more are all coming together on December 2nd for an Uptown Christmas! Join us!

Chaffee Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade
Saturday December 2nd @ 1pm
The parade will start at 1 p.m. from the Chaffee Head Start parking lot and end at the High School parking lot on West Yoakum. There will be hot dogs and hot chocolate after the parade. This year's theme is "Superhero Christmas." If you or your group are interested in participating, contact H. B. Rice at (573) 887-3555.
The Annual Scott City Christmas Parade
Saturday December 2nd @ 5pm
The parade will run along Main St. from Bob's Foodliner to the Scott City Park where the Honor Choir will be performing. Santa Claus will also be available in the Park following the parade along with refreshments
